All products are produced according to approved specifications, custom requirements, or agreed designs. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, service, or manufacturing process without prior notice.
3. Order Confirmation
Orders may be placed through our official communication channels, including email and WhatsApp.
An order will be considered confirmed only after:
Final design approval
Quantity and specification confirmation
Agreement on payment terms
Arain Apex Exports reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, unavailable materials, incomplete information, or payment-related issues.
4. Custom Manufacturing Orders
For customized products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, logos, colors, sizing, and specifications before production begins.
Once production has started:
Design changes cannot be guaranteed.
Order cancellations may not be accepted.
Approved design errors remain the responsibility of the customer.
Arain Apex Exports is not liable for mistakes that have been approved during the final review process.
5. Pricing & Payments
Product pricing is determined by factors including:
Product type
Order quantity
Fabric selection
Customization requirements
Prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in material, labor, or shipping costs.
Production will begin only after the agreed payment terms have been fulfilled. Any bank charges, transaction fees, duties, or taxes imposed by financial institutions remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Production Timeframes
Manufacturing timelines vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and production schedules.
Estimated completion dates are provided for reference purposes only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Arain Apex Exports shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping through trusted international courier and freight partners.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Arain Apex Exports is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery details.
Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and local clearance charges imposed by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, custom-manufactured items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Claims may only be considered in cases involving:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect products supplied
Damage occurring before shipment
Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photographic or video evidence.
Approved claims may result in a replacement, repair, or refund at the discretion of Arain Apex Exports.
9. Quality Standards
Every order undergoes quality inspection before shipment to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.
Minor variations in color shades, fabric texture, printing placement, or stitching may occur as part of normal manufacturing processes and shall not be considered defects.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
Customers confirm that they possess the legal rights to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or branding provided for production.
Arain Apex Exports shall not be held responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied materials.
All company-owned content, designs, images, and marketing materials remain the property of Arain Apex Exports unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate order information
Reviewing and approving final designs
Confirming quantities and specifications
Ensuring authorization to use submitted branding materials
Complying with applicable laws and regulations
12. Limitation of Liability
Arain Apex Exports shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
Losses resulting from inaccurate customer information
Third-party logistics issues
Indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses
Product misuse after delivery
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
